Here is the link to a very good Ted Talk recommended to me-http://www.ted.com/talks/brene_brown_listening_to_shame.html.
It is called Listening to Shame.
Brene Brown is a research professor at the University of Houston who has studied shame, vulnerability and courage for over a decade.
"If you put shame in a petri dish, it needs three things to grow exponentially: secrecy, silence and judgement."
"Vulnerability is not weakness. And that myth is profoundly dangerous."
"Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change."
She certainly has some interesting things to say and uses humor to engage with her audience. I recommend it.
