summer weather calls for ice creams- either in a cone or on a stick. my favourite indulgent at the moment are kapiti ice creams- vanilla bean or raspberry and vanilla. they are the best way to cool down after a long day and a nice way to treat yourself.kapiti ice cream is a christmas tradition for us and we often have a couple of flavours like white chocolate and raspberry, feijoa or lemon meringue pie with fresh berries.
