god i never thought i would ever be a fan of banoffee pie- EVER! the thought of caramel, cream, banana and biscuit fills my tummy with fear. but however, i found myself munching on some for breakfast today and it was devine. we had a birthday and the birthday boy decided to share it with us. the gooey caramel mixed with cream....now many hours later my stomach is a mess, a warning from the inside about the inappropriateness of eating decadent food first thing. i do believe nigella would disagree with me.
