beautifully simple yet so tasty.tonight for tea is fresh zucchini and lemon pasta...i managed to get some fresh zucchini offcuts at the supermarket on monday for really cheap so have been making meals using zucchinis every night this week. so simple and fresh- garlic, chilli, zucchini and onions with a good squeeze of lemon juice, sea salt and pepper. i always add at the end a good shaving of parmesan cheese too. delish!

my other favourite this week has been lemon risotto which on monday i served with fresh salmon and last night feta and spinach. lovely. so many things to do with fresh lemon, all of which came from the trees at home. yum.
