mmm pumpkin

it has been so cold over the past few days with icy roads and snow on the hills my kind of warm me up treat i have been craving all day is roast pumpkin with lots of garlic and pepper and salt. so tonight i am cooking up a whole heap for tea with some kumera, fish and brussel sprouts. warming winter food- yum!
