today was the first day of the cadbury chocolate festival 2011. kids and parents lined the halls in the medrian and nice people handed out free chocolates. there was a house made from chocolate which kids could go into, you could smell the chocolate from miles away. because of this, i decided to find one of my favourite chocolate recipes which is perfect for winter...chocolate self saucing pudding (must serve warm)
