it's bill green's favourite and i must admit mine as well. the gooey lemon slice has both sweet and sour benefits. despite the amount of lemon and eggs it is pretty easy to make. after my experience in a commerical kitchen today, i think i might have a break for a few days. making four different slices in an hour along with loads to sammies, paninis, quiches and scones. more than i would probably make in a month. this wee girl is going to stick to baking for fun and for people she's loves, and leave the cafe baking to the experts! if you want to make this slice, here is the link: http://www.stuff.co.nz/life-style/food-wine/recipes/6722483/Recipe-Gooey-Lemon-Slice
