my lovely dietitian sarah was talking to me about energy balls/bliss balls as a good snack as they are full of lots of goodness. i brought a couple from commonsenses organic in wellington when i was down last. they are really tasty and i have been wondering how i could create them at home. after browsing the web for energy balls, i came across fruit salami. it seems the closest match to the bliss balls i have had. so tomorrow or the next i am going to give it a go. in addition i will roll it into balls and then roll them in sesame seeds. yum.... will let you know how it goes!
