greek orange cake

for mums birthday i made a greek orange cake from annabelle whites cookbook. it has a lovely baked cheesecake texture and was lovely with plain yoghurt. a small amount of grand marnier topped it off along with the freshly squeezed orange juice. annabelle says it can be eaten warm or cold, and it keeps pretty well for a few days. a special cake for a special mum.
