i made christmas cupcakes for mums playgroup christmas party yesterday. all 42 of them were happily eaten and people seemed to like them according to mum. thank god. unfortunately the red turned out pink but they looked pretty good so i was pleased. they looked sweet on the cupcake stand we have and the 100s and 1000s made the icing look much better.   

i also made some mini mincepies for nana to give to her friends which looked good too- so a successful day baking for christmas.
