last night i was taken to pier 24 for dinner as a farewell to dunedin. pier 24 is a 5 star restaurant which has hosted many famous people and foodies. i was very lucky! i had seared scallops with blue cod for my main and a truly beautiful lemon and white chocolate cheesecake with poached rhubarb. devine. i think what made it 5 star was the attention to detail. if in dunedin and wanting a special treat then pier 24 is the place. although i would never go past plato either.
