mum made these delicious raspberry and white chocolate friands with fresh almonds for my birthday. they were better than any cafe ones ive had.i love old vintage teacups and someday i will get out to a china shop on the otago pennisula, called broad bay china. apparently it is full from top to bottom with gorgeous vintage tea sets, plates and saucers. they recently reviewed it in the sunday star times as a place to go when visiting dunedin.
