
using a selection of green veges- peas, broccoli, beans and spinach. stirfry onion, garlic and ginger in a good gulg of olive oil. add veges and stirfry a little more. pour over enough chicken stock to just cover the veges and bring to the boil. boil until all the veges are soft. season with pepper and salt then using a blender stick, blend until thick and creamy. add a dash of cream if you want. i served mine with ciabatta bread and lots of butter. delish.
