i have been very domestic today and made a vege lasange from scratch for the week ahead. full of pumpkin, spinach, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes. i think the best bit is using my mums homemade tomato pasta sauce which is full of fresh chilli and onions, and lots of herbs. YUM. i am looking forward to eating it now as it cooks in the oven. it is very satisfying!
