panfried fish

last night i made a yummy fish dish and thought it would be good to share. pan fried fish with parsley and pepper. finely chop fresh parsley and sprinkle it over your fish fillets (i used blue cod) then season with pepper and salt. heat olive oil in a pan and add fish, cook gently for 2 minutes then add a go knob of butter and turn the fish over. cook for a further few minutes. mmm i had mine with homemade potato and kumara chip with peas.
