i discovered this new site today called fancy! new zealand, see at http://www.newzealanddesignblog.com/. it has design stuff from around nz and the rest of the world but it also has good links to other sites full of art, craft and design.
recently i have started cooking again for myself and have been inventing and using seasonal produce. last night i made a delicious cherry tomato and mushroom pasta with fresh feta and parmesan cheese. i have found that freezing shaved parmesan is a good way to keep it fresh- good when just cooking for one.
tonight i am going to make an omelette using my leftover mushrooms, feta and spinach. served on buttered ciabatta- it certainly beats vege sausages and gravy sauce!
