truffles

xmas is well approaching... and maybe it is time to think about some xmas baking. xmas use to be very exciting as i would watch my mum construct her christmas cake, truffles, mince pies and other goodies. i would always hunt around the place looking for their hiding spots, so i could satisfy my sweet cravings. i have a couple of ideas so all i need to do is go shopping and buy all the expensive ingredients!
